All Trading Room, Seminar, and Software sales are final. However, in the event you do not attend a Seminar, you will be able to use the money as a credit towards future seminars or other products and services. All sales are final with no refund.
Purchase Agreement/End User License Agreement
This document (the "Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you and Ant Trading, Inc. and anttradinginc.com ( collectively "ATI") that governs your use of ATI's proprietary trading information ( the "ATI Blog") available at the ATI Website. For a monthly membership subscription fee, ATI provides premium membership access to all ATI Blog and forum posts and live trading room(s) (the "ATI Premium Membership Service") Please note that you must read and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement before you use the ATI Premium Membership Service. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, you may NOT use the ATI Premium Membership Service.
Purchaser of any ATI seminar, live trading room, or other product or service hereby agrees that they are the End User and may not rent, resell the content or material they have purchased in any manner, by any venue. All sales are final for all products and services. Purchaser may not resell this or any ATI product via eBay, any other on-line auction site, or any on-line classified forum or any other resale venue of any kind.
Memberships, Cancellations, Refunds
By signing up live trading room, your credit card will automatically be charged for the amount charged for the trading room. You must cancel your membership the day before any renewal date to prevent any new charges placed on your credit card account. Your credit card will be charged the full monthly membership plan rate each month automatically.
Please make sure to update your credit card expiration date or make any necessary changes to your contact information when needed. Once you are an active member in any of the ATI membership programs, your account will be renewed automatically each month at the plan rate you have chosen. Unless and until this agreement is canceled by Email or from in your "Your Account" area located in the member's area, you are authorizing ATI, to charge your credit card to pay for your ongoing cost of membership.
Memberships may be canceled at any time by either party. These Cancellations must be made through your membership portal page when you login by going to "Your Account". Should you need assistance, you may also contact us by email at membership@anttradinginc.com or by using the contact form on our website home page. When termination is requested by a member, membership fees are NOT refunded. Rather, the current subscription will run its course to the end of the current billing cycle, at which point the subscription would then become inactive and the account canceled. Cancellation of service is not official until the member received an Email confirmation from AntTradingInc.com. If your request to cancel is not confirmed with an email from us, within 3 business days, you will need to email us at membership@anttradinginc.com to confirm your cancellation. Once your current membership period has passed, your account will then become inactive.
All trading room/seminar/course sales are final. There is no refund issued if you cannot attend a trading room/seminar/course.

Additional Terms of Use
We invite our members to enjoy all the features this site has to offer. But we must require that each member/subscriber abide by certain rules so that no one's rights are infringed upon. Failure to abide by these rules can result in immediate termination of access to AntTradingInc.com, without refund or recourse.

Members/subscribers may use the ATI copyrighted material for their own use only. The member/subscriber acknowledges that it does not acquire any ownership rights by downloading any copyrighted material.

Indemnity

Privacy
You agree that ATI has a right to collect and process your personal information in accordance with the ATI Privacy Policy.
Assignment by ATI
ATI may assign this Agreement or any part of it without restrictions. You may not assign this Agreement or any part of it to any third party.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement together with the ATI Privacy Policy and the ATI Disclosure constitutes all the terms and conditions agreed upon between you and ATI and supersede any prior agreements, whether written or oral. Any additional or different terms or conditions in any written or oral communication from you to ATI are void. You agree and accept that you have not accepted the terms and conditions of this Agreement in reliance of or to any oral or written representations made by ATI not contained in this Agreement.
Severability
Should for any reason or to any extent any provision of this Agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or enforceability shall not in any manner affect or render invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions of this Agreement and the application of that provision shall be enforced to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law and Disputes
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois, USA. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the court or other tribunal in IL, USA with the appropriate knowledge and expertise to deal with such dispute, controversy or claim.
English Version Prevails
In the event that this Agreement is translated into other languages and there is a discrepancy between the two language versions, the English language version shall prevail to the extent that such discrepancy is the result of an error in translation.
